Medi Pals Free Kit Requests

For hospitals, publicly funded healthcare programs, registered charities, nonprofit organizations, and other non-commercial programs supporting children and families across Canada.

Before You Begin

Our family donates Medi Pals kits at no cost to hospitals, publicly funded healthcare programs, registered charities, nonprofit organizations, and other non-commercial programs supporting children and families.

Private practices and for-profit clinics are very welcome to use Medi Pals too, with kits available for professional use through our store.

We personally review every request, and what we can provide depends on our available resources.

Medi Pals is a small, self-funded family project. Every kit is purchased, designed, printed, assembled, and shipped by just us. We’re proud to offer these kits at no cost because we believe in supporting children through play.

Medi Pals kits are currently available for delivery within Canada only.

One small favour: if the organization you’re requesting for has a Foundation or charitable office that handles donated goods, please help us connect with them before we prepare the request. Some require advance approval before they can issue a charitable donation receipt, and those receipts help our family keep donating more Medi Pals.

What to Expect

  • Step 1 (now): Enter your email.
  • Step 2: Browse the catalog and add kits to your request (no payment will ever be asked).
  • Step 3: Provide your organization, role, delivery address, and contact details so we can ship your kits. You’ll also be able to share notes, feedback, or new kit ideas.
  • Step 4: Once submitted, you’ll see a confirmation page. We personally review every request and will be in touch.
